    Description

    Addison Group's client in Washington, DC is seeking a Property Assistant to join their team The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial property management. The pay rate for this role begins at $20/hour.

    Job Description:

    • Manage and resolve daily operational issues at assigner property
    • Maintain tenant satisfaction and positive relations with the tenants
    • Update the Property Manager on daily activity
    • Manage tenant work order requests with building staff and outside vendors
    • Host and organize new tenant orientations
    • Regularly inspect the property grounds
    • Assist in the execution of property contracts and purchase orders
    • Assist in budget forecasting
    • Monitor maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency
    • Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes
    • Ensure that top notch customer service is being delivered to tenants
    • Utilize property database and reporting tools

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
    • Working knowledge of operating costs and budgeting is preferred
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Must be familiar with ADA and OSHA
    • Ability to work coordinate efficiently
    • Impeccable communication skills
    • Strong customer service skills
