Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
  • Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and renewals
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management, including rent collection and expense tracking
  • Perform data entry tasks to update property management systems and databases
  • Support the Property Manager in coordinating legal administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing documentation

Requirements:


  • Tax credit experience
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Basic understanding of facilities management principles
  • Proficient in data entry and record keeping
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail

$60, $65,261.00 per year
