- You need to be 21 years or older.
- You should be able to handle lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain facility machines and equipment.
- You should have a deep working knowledge of the ins and outs of our facility.
- You need the ability to identify, comprehend, and act on changing customer and business requirements.
- You should have strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and the capability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions.
- You should possess good customer relations abilities, have an outgoing and friendly manner, a courteous and cooperative attitude, and be team-oriented.
- You must have effective oral and written communication skills regarding all areas of job responsibilities.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of building maintenance.
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
- Ability to complete physical duties.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
- Availability to be on call 24/7.
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment.
- Responding to trouble calls.
- Performing all scheduled and maintenance duties.
- Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive guest experiences and providing hands-on training to technicians.
