Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Supervise and manage all aspects of facility maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance needs
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively

Skills:


  • Strong leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff effectively
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address equipment issues
  • Electrical understanding for handling electrical systems
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Fluency in English for effective communication
  • Experience in industrial maintenance practices
  • Knowledge of low voltage systems
  • Understanding of high voltage systems
  • Understanding of basic plumbing
  • Able to paint and patch

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
