- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with internal teams, including but not limited to, marketing, franchisees, operations, and human resources to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all initiatives and resources.
- Local Store Marketing: support Franchise and Corporate locations with local marketing solutions; community outreach and activation, including paid media, local events, and off-premise catering
- Brand Campaigns: partner with internal and external resources to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales, brand awareness, guest acquisition, and loyalty.
- Grand Opening: support all new restaurant openings with Public Relations, community partnerships and vendor management.
- Loyalty/ Rewards Platform Management: program and deploy Loyalty Campaigns, manage technology, and work closely with Punchh in handling guest service comments.
- Strategy and Development: partner with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute holistic brand strategies that align with Surcheros' Purpose, Core Values, and Guest Focus.
- Competitive Monitoring: facilitate market research, monitor trends in our industry, and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations to enhance our company's position.
- Creative Development: partner with external agency resources to develop creative assets (i.e. social content, in-restaurant signage, out-of-home, etc.)
- Digital Marketing: assist in managing digital marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, loyalty program, social media platforms, website content, menu boards, email marketing, and online advertising to drive engagement and interactions; manage guest feedback accordingly.
- Brand Management: partner to establish and enforce brand guidelines and standards, validate consistent application across all brand touchpoints, including signage, uniforms, swag, packaging, promotional materials, and internal training and communications.
- Vendor Management: partner with vendors to fulfill system requests (i.e. print needs, merchandising portals)

SUMMARYThe Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Marketing in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and elevate the recognition, reputation, and visibility of our restaurants and overall brand identity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
•Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality industry (2-4yrs) within the marketing, brand management, or related roles
•Project Management and strong organizational skills
•Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behavior
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to partner and engage with both Corporate and Franchisee's
