    Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a permanent opportunity that requires working fully onsite at the Alpharetta, Georgia office. This position is offering an annual salary range of $80k-90k, depending on experience. The responsibilities of this role include the following:

    • Must tailor recruitment marketing strategies to appeal to local markets and specific job segments
    • Responsible for developing campaigns that communicate the authentic employee experience to attract high demand service-trained individuals who will thrive here
    • Recommend innovative campaigns to advance our employer brand footprint
    • Lead campaigns to influence how we are perceived as an employer, building and implementing marketing strategies (both messaging and creative), and implementing programs in various internal and external channels
    • Activate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), internally and externally, and create and execute our Employer Brand strategy, positioning the company as the employer of choice in the life safety industry
    • Build and facilitate the production of content (written, visual & video) that helps us achieve our employer brand, talent acquisition goals
    • Design opportunities for all employees to promote the company as the employer of choice. This includes building engagement so that employees participate in the promotion opportunities
    • Develop editorial calendar and campaigns that support the company's voice and presence across a multiple channels, including careers website, digital platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) and social platforms
    • Partner with talent acquisition and field stakeholders across the organization to understand their hiring challenges, strategizing on a marketing plan and bringing it to life
    • Manage recruitment vendor partnerships, including planning and aligning strategies, resources, and budgets
    • Spearhead designing of metrics for all social and brand efforts to test for effectiveness and ROI

    The requirements for this role include the following:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (i.e. communication, journalism, etc)
    • 3-5 years of HANDS ON content creation experience from start to finish across various platforms (social media, website, employer branding, printing)
    • 2 years of experience managing end-to-end projects - relating to this field
    • 2 years managing others - directly or indirectly
    • Experience in demand generation and marketing campaigns
    • Someone who has a GRIT mentality and is willing to get creative in using a human-based approach to marketing (not someone who creates a generic post to send out)
    • This individual must be able to multitask & work independently but also work cross-functionally with other departments
    • Experience with Canva (or Adobe) & CMS (Content Management System)
    • Willing and able to work onsite Monday-Friday at the Alpharetta, Georgia office

    • Experience in a relationship-based role
