    Overview


    We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is a team player in all aspects and has excellent communication skills, and an ability to work under short deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES


    Strategy & Management SupportExecute on specific activities related to overall marketing strategy for the company as directed by Head of Marketing & CSO, and help support management needs on company initiatives, as required.

    Support reporting & analytics for marketing initiatives and activities as well as budget tracking.
    Help oversee team workload and ensure deadlines are met.
    Help develop efficiencies and better ways of working for the teamSales Support


    Oversee the preparation of proposals, packages and presentations for prospective clients, and approve final deliverables for accuracy prior to distribution.

    Brand Management

    Research/identify trends and craft new content for use within marketing collateral and campaigns. Coordinate with the team to use in various formats.

    Review and approve various marketing collateral and templates created by the team to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client-specific, as well as in accordance with the company brand standards.

    Outbound Marketing & Promotion


    Oversee & participate in specific activities related to company-wide marketing and communications initiatives, such as internal communications, email marketing, website updates, PR-related initiatives, etc., as required.

    Miscellaneous

    Maintain relationships with external vendors such as web development team, social media consultants, advertising consultants, etc. and help to set direction.
    Coordinate directly with local leaders in each office on specific event/promotional needs and developing a plan of action.
    Qualifications

    Education, Experience and Skills

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related disciplineMinimum of - 5 years of experience in a combination of Marketing, product development, channel or salesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is requiredAdditional Information
