    Investigations/Employee relations

    Workers comp / LOA

    Oversees 500 plus employees / Strong relationship building / Leader - Direct Reports

    • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
    • Building training and executions

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to management and employees in HR programs and processes.
    • Develop and enhance core HR processes including employee relations, development, and engagement.
    • Assist in establishing organizational guidelines and procedures.
    • Manage HR data in the HR Information System (HRIS) for compliance and generate reports.
    • Address employment-related inquiries and escalate complex matters.
    • Conduct thorough investigations and make recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Mentor managers in employee relations and legal compliance.
    • Assess operations to improve retention and identify enhancements.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in employee benefits.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent organizational and conflict management skills.
    • Flexible to work as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
    • 5-8 years of HR business partner experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
    • HR certification preferred.
