The Human Resources department combines all areas of personnel management (personnel administration (including payroll), time management, personnel controlling, recruitment) for all our locations as well as for our subsidiaries.


Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the Human Resources department with currently 13 employees
  • Advising the management, executives, and employees on all personnelrelated matters
  • Implementation and monitoring of compliance with collective bargaining, legal, and contractual regulations
  • Further development and optimization of personnel processes, structures, instruments, and concepts
  • Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council
  • Negotiation and implementation of works agreements
  • Ensuring payroll and salary processing
  • Preparation of statistics for company management
  • Participation in change processes within the company

Your commitment - what you bring:

  • Completed degree in business administration or law
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, tax, and social security law
  • Several years of management experience in human resources and strong leadership qualities
  • Ideally, extensive professional experience in the healthcare sector
