    Description


    We are currently working with one of the fastest growing EPC's in the USA, looking for a construction manager to join their team.


    The Role:


    Plans, directs, and coordinates construction operations to deliver power distribution projects on time and on budget while accomplishing project goals.

    Works alongside construction coordinators, engineering designers and permitting team to determine full scope of project construction.
    Schedules work and obtains required permits, according to project timelines.
    Work is primarily field based
    Regularly interface directly with clients, contractors, private property owners and the public so that projects are executed in line with the project scope


    Ideal candidates will have:
    3+ years experience in construction/ project management
    In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material management
    Ability to read and understand construction schedules, and use these to forecast labor, construction, and material activities
    In-depth knowledge inspecting field conditions

    Ability to travel:
    dependable transportation and a valid driver's license with insurance
