Your task:


As a construction manager, you will oversee our projects in the region in the field of high-rise construction / public swimming pools in collaboration with our experienced project managers and as part of a team with our specialist construction managers for building technology.

What you bring:

  • Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering
  • Alternatively, completed master's / technician training in construction
  • Ideally several years of professional experience as a construction manager (m/f/d)
  • Expertise in construction technology and construction management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in both the planning / tendering tasks preceding execution and the trades of building technology that do not fall directly within your area of responsibility
  • Enjoyment of work
