Job Description Summary, Responsibilities and Requirements
We are seeking to fill the role of Construction Manager.

The position requires extensive construction knowledge, familiarity with the design and permitting process for retail and multifamily projects, and a basic understanding of commercial real estate development.

• BS in civil or structural engineering, or a degree in construction management is preferred.
• Five to seven years of direct building experience as a project engineer, project manager or superintendent for a commercial building contractor is mandatory.
