    International manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

    Position: Sales Coordinator
    Industry: International manufacturing company
    Location: Torrance, CA / South Bay area
    Pay: $50-75K (DOE) plus benefits
    Status: Full time / Direct hire

    Responsibilities:

    • Input and updates data including order and shipment schedule into database
    • Generate invoices and monitors payment status
    • Account Receivable update
    • Generate P/O and accounts payable responsibilities
    • Maintains inventory control
    • Coordinate the transportation suppliers
    • Negotiate price, terms and condition
    • Production and Cost Analyst
    • Any support duties as assigned

    ​Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 5 years of similar experience in sales and logistic coordination
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Must be flexible, analytical and detailed-oriented
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel
    • Japanese language skill preferred
