The Sales Coordinator, Corporate Sales is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational needs of the corporate sales department.

This individual will assist Account Managers facilitate the planning, execution, and follow-up of seasonal meetings in addition to preparing and analyzing a variety of departmental reports.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be an expert in TravisMathew product & services
  • Support key team infinitives
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to sales team
  • Manage general corporate inbox and new potential leads
  • Work with Account Managers to manage all aspects of assigned account(s) including dayto daycommunication, weekly performance reporting, assortment planning, meeting preparation, meeting execution, meeting followup and overall growth strategy
  • Work with Account Managers to facilitate seasonal appointment planning, preparation, execution, and followup
  • Work with Account Managers to enter orders and manage overall order file
  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly selling reports with actionable insights
  • Assist in analyzing report product sellthrough and inventory metrics, suggest reorders and identify sales opportunities
  • Partner with Sales Operations Team to ensure the fulfillment and ontime delivery of applicable orders
  • Partner with Product Knowledge Team to identify style needs and drive sales
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proficient in SAP (or relevant ERP), preferred. Must be tech savvy with ability to learn new software systems.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to analyze and present data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
  • Apparel experience, preferred
USD Hourly
