    We are seeking a Manager of Sales Learning and Enablement to work within the Corporate Strategy, Sales Excellence team at Flex.

    This individual will be the champion for seller development initiatives that deliver a direct impact on the skills, capabilities, and readiness of the Flex sales teams across all business units.

    In executing their responsibilities, the manager will work cross-functionally with sales team members, sales leaders, and corporate teams across flex.

    They will both lead the Sales Excellence learning curriculum as well as support business units in their seller development efforts.


    This role is flexible to hybrid or remote work model and can be based from either San Jose, CA or Austin, TX.

    What a typical day looks like:

    Lead the creation and ongoing execution of the Sales Excellence learning programming.

    Collaborate on a regular basis with sales operations teams to understand seller development needs and develop learning experiences to reinforce gaps in knowledge and skills.

    Create and facilitate learning programs such as Behind the Win and Solution Knowledge Certification.
    Drive the adoption strategy for all programs built/hosted within Mindtickle, Flex's sales readiness platform.

    Oversee the end-user experience of the Mindtickle platform, making iterative changes that will ensure maximum adoption, including UI updates, notifications, and automated reports and reminders.

    Collaborate with sales content creators within the business units to design and deploy their learning programs.
    Administer the accuracy of sales learning reporting on program engagement, knowledge gain, program completions and more. They will also generate reporting from Mindtickle data and reports.

    Manage SETS team (Sales Excellence Training Squad) of learning collaborators, including hosting a unified calendar of all sales learning occurring across the enterprise.

    Prioritize ad hoc requests with strategic projects and ensure that deadlines are being met.

    The experience we are looking to add to our team:

    6 or more years of sales enablement and/or seller development experience.
    Experience creating and facilitating learning experiences


    Ex:
    webinars, hybrid learning programs, or self-paced e-Learning.
    Ability to work cross-functionally and in a team environment.
    Strong ability to communicate with business development, account management and sales leadership.
    Technical acumen and willingness to learn and implement changes into the internal Mindtickle readiness platform.
    Strong project management abilities – a must.
    Strong writing and analytical skills, including the use of Excel and similar tools
