We are currently looking for you as an Expert Trainer: Project Management for Construction and Infrastructure Projects (f/m/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at the Frankfurt (Main) or Cologne location.
This is a "Where you want" job: In consultation with your supervisor, you can choose your place of work within Germany and decide between mobile work and working in the office.
Your tasks:

As an Expert Trainer, you enable project engineers and project controllers working in construction and infrastructure projects for InfraGO

Your expertise lies in designing and conducting training formats and programs

You ensure sustainability in the application of corporate processes, procedures and instruments, as well as in legal regulations

You participate in the conception and implementation of strategic training programs that further develop the respective functional areas in relevant future topics and competencies

In close collaboration with our colleagues in product management, you provide pedagogical and didactic advice to our customers and stakeholders in terms of effective and sustainable training success

As part of strategic corporate projects, you take on the leading responsibility for the development of trainings in the areas
