Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000

Main Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager: (included, but not limited to):

Sales – Drive in-store sales through motivating your team to smart sell
Brand promoters – Build relationships with guests and inspire the crew to do the same
Team builders – Foster a positive environment that drives results through motivation and inspiration
Day-to-day operations – Manage tasks like store cleanliness, cash management, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food safety.
Culture creators – Provide excellent customer service and aim to enhance the lives of everyone you meet.

Job Requirements for a Restaurant Manager:

This role requires self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication skills, and the ability to positively influence others.
Preferred experience in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry
A results-oriented leader with some background in cost, inventory, and shift management
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license and vehicle required
Flexible availability [mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends]
Comfortable with technology
A leader who excels in a fast-paced, fun environment while upholding brand standards and restaurant cleanliness
