Job Overview:


We are a catering compnay that cooks over wood fire and in the Hudson Valley and beyond, New Jersey to Maine.

We are looking for an event Lead to manager our FOH team with our Chef/owners to execute a high level of hospitality and service.


Duties:


  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and guest services
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event budgets and ensure expenses stay within the allocated funds
  • Oversee event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement
  • Handle event logistics such as setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff
  • Maintain accurate records of all event details and contracts

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in event planning or related field, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events
  • Knowledge of events management best practices and industry trends

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Events management: 3 years (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
