Job Summary:
Employee is paid $10.00/hr PLUS TIPS
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Create unique and innovative drink recipes to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage trends
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling sales transactions
- Excellent bartending skills with a focus on quality and presentation
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service abilities
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
