We are currently seeking a:

Civil Servant (m/f/d)

for the Department of Public Order and Trade

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and permanent.


Our actions are centered around the citizens, who are our partners and customers, and we strive to meet their needs.

To plan, manage, and administer these offerings, we need creative professionals from various fields in our town hall and external offices, who can contribute their knowledge and experience for the benefit of the city.

Your responsibilities include:

- developing concepts for the emergency management team
- updating/maintaining the emergency management plan
- creating emergency plans for major incidents (e.g. floods, power outages, bomb disposal, storms, train accidents, evacuation situations)
- planning and conducting exercises
- preparing public information
- setting up/maintaining emergency response centers for the population
- tasks according to the Trade Regulation Act
- conducting trade prohibition procedures
- tasks according to the Restaurant Act
- processing event notifications and complaints
- inspecting events
- conducting fine proceedings and trade prohibition measures
- handling assembly law matters
- processing assembly notifications
