Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menus and develop new recipes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Collaborate with management to create a memorable dining experience for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Indepth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience in catering, restaurant, or food industry settings is preferred
