    Description


    Are you looking to build a Talent Acquisition team from the ground up? We're a startup, doubling growth and looking to hire our first leader in recruitment to help us scale.

    Our mission is to innovate and deliver AI in the medical field helping physicians maximize their time and value to save lives.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Develop and execute a scalable recruitment strategy that supports the company's growth and talent needs, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and candidate management.

    Lead, mentor, and expand the recruitment team to build a high-performing talent acquisition function.
    Build good relationships with 3rd party vendors to support growth
    Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization to identify talent needs, job specifications, and hiring objectives.
    Innovate and implement recruitment campaigns and initiatives that enhance employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity hiring.
    Manage and optimize recruitment processes and systems for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
    Leverage data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment to maintain competitiveness.


    Qualifications:


    7+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.

    Has been the first person in a startup, building out a talent team.
    Ideally, you have been the first recruiter within a startup to help them scale.
    Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
    Well versed in technical, functional and behavioral interviewing
    Strong sourcing and recruiting experience
    Strong leadership and team development skills.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
    Knowledge of current recruitment technologies, platforms, and practices.
    Bachelor's Degree, advance degree (nice to have)
