    Klarity is a pioneer in telehealth for psychiatry, revolutionizing the way patients receive evaluation and treatment. With a vast network of over 6,000 patients across 25 states, Klarity has conducted more than 100,000 e-visits in a secure and private online environment.

    Position Overview:

    • Lead the practitioner recruitment process and onboarding training.
    • Support practitioners during onboarding and daily activities.
    • Collaborate with Klarity's medical team to enhance workflow efficiency.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contractor
    • Compensation: $35 to $55 per hour, $50,000 to $80,000 per year plus commission

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
    • 3 years of experience in Physician/Provider Recruitment and Healthcare-related roles (Preferred)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Proactively reach out to potential providers for private practice opportunities.
    • Conduct friendly and professional phone/video screenings.
    • Manage background checks, license verification, and credentialing.
    • Efficiently onboard caregivers with comprehensive training.

    Secondary Responsibilities:

    • Enhance recruitment and onboarding strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and policies.
    • Provide daily admin support for practitioners.

    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Proficiency in healthcare-specific recruiting platforms.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and credentialing processes.
    • Experience in physician practice operations.
