B2U Storage Solutions, Inc. (B2U) is the leading provider of large-scale battery Energy Storage Systems (ESS) utilizing 2nd life OEM EV battery packs. B2U's patented energy storage systems are interconnected to the grid, selling energy and grid services into wholesale markets. B2U's energy storage systems have been operational since 2020. B2U's second grid connected energy storage system has been operational since November 2023. A third facility is now being converted from PV only to a hybrid storage facility. Additional energy storage systems for B2U's own portfolio and for customers are in development.

Job Description:
This position will organize B2U Storage Solutions' human resource function and lead recruiting efforts. Estimated effort 16-24 hours per week.

Work with the CEO and Company leadership to recruit for new positions
·

Manage the recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding
·

Build and maintain robust pipelines
·

Screen incoming applications, providing shortlists of qualified candidates to CEO or hiring manager
·

Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques, partner with marketing on employer branding and social media strategy
·

HR administrative functions

Qualifications and Experience
·

3-5 years of HR experience
·

Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
·

Experience sourcing, engaging passive candidates
·

Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing techniques & tools
·

Strong partnership/collaboration skills
Compensation
Part-time salary based on annual full-time competitive salary plus stock options, based upon experience and performance. Additional company benefits, and incentives will be discussed during the interview process.

Location:
Remote with periodic visits to company facility in Lancaster, CA and to Los Angeles, CA.
