    Description

    ARIAS is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear objectives. With a rich history of 120 years, we are pioneers in our field. The role involves mastering our client service process for our 2,000 existing business partners, expanding our clientele through referrals, and leading a small team in these endeavors. As you excel in training and guiding your team, you will progress into the Agency Director position. This role offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new B2B opportunities
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and support new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities via Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven time management abilities to meet deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building relationships
    • Previous sales or customer service background
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-focused mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • A 45-day evaluation period before potential promotions
