NUCKOLLS
is in search of a skilled leader to join our team, bringing along a strong sense of dedication and ambition. With a remarkable history spanning over a century, we stand at the forefront of our industry.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in understanding our operational procedures to cater to our 2,000 existing business clients, while also fostering connections to expand our client base through referrals and leads. In addition, they will be tasked with guiding a small team through the same processes.

This position offers the opportunity to become adept at training team members under your supervision and progress into the role of Agency Director as you master the requisite skills using our established systems and methods.

This position offers a competitive weekly salary range averaging between $70,000 and $85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the existing client portfolio.
Explore new business prospects, especially in the B2B sector.
Supervise team activities and monitor outcomes.
Provide training and guidance to new team recruits on current systems.
Report daily field activities utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM system.
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Prior experience in sales or customer service.
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
Community-oriented mentality.
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
Must possess a clean background and have personal transportation.
A minimum 45-day assessment period before progression.
