    Description

    ARIAS is in search of a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear objectives. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in what we do. As part of the role, you will get to grips with servicing our 2,000-strong client base, nurturing existing relationships and expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Leading a small team to replicate these tasks will be a core aspect of your responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to become a master in training team members under your guidance, with a clear path towards assuming the role of Agency Director as you hone your skills using our established systems and processes. The position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base.
    • Research new business opportunities, mainly B2B.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems.
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focused daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Strong time management abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
    • Effective supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and assign them appropriately.
    • Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
    • Passion for assisting people and building strong relationships.
    • Experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community involvement is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Must possess a clean background record and have personal transportation.
    • A mandatory 45-day assessment period before any progression.
