    Description

    ARIAS
    is currently seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who is truly passionate about what they do. With over a century of experience in the market, we are industry leaders and are looking for someone who can help us maintain that position.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses while also expanding our reach by nurturing new client relationships through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team and guide them through these tasks.

    As you become proficient in our processes and systems, you will also have the chance to advance into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and cater to the needs of our current client base.
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities, particularly in the B2B sector.
    • Oversee and monitor team activities and results closely.
    • Provide training and support to incoming team members on our existing systems.
    • Submit daily reports on field operations using our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership qualities among team members.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines consistently.


    Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.·Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.·Proven ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.·Genuine interest in assisting others and building strong relationships.·Excellent time management and organizational abilities.·Previous experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Active involvement in the community.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience is a plus).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period prior to promotion.
