    Description

    ARIAS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with genuine passion and a clear sense of purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will engage with our 2,000 existing business clients while expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will guide a small team in these endeavors, ultimately progressing to the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    • Service and support current clientele
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Manage and oversee team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members on established processes
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership growth

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities
    • Proven track record in time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervision and leadership aptitude
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Thrives in fast-paced and occasionally demanding environments
    • Passionate about assisting individuals and fostering connections
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
    • Community involvement enthusiasm
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
