    Description

    ARIAS is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing in enthusiasm and clear objectives. With over a century of experience in the field, we are pioneers in the industry. As part of the role, you will master our service processes for our current 2,000 clients, establish connections to attract new clients through referrals and leads, and lead a small team through the same tasks. Your journey will involve becoming a mentor, evolving into the role of Agency Director by honing the necessary skills within our established systems. This position offers weekly compensation in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year (on average).

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Oversee team activities and outcomes
    • Train and guide new team members on current systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Proficient time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership proficiencies
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and assign them appropriately
    • Function well in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments
    • Dedication to assisting individuals and fostering connections
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community engagement inclination
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • A clean background and personal transportation are necessary
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression
