Description
ARIAS is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a deep sense of commitment and drive. With a history spanning over a century, we are trailblazers in our industry.
The chosen candidate will take on the responsibility of understanding our processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 business clients. Additionally, they will focus on fostering relationships to bring in new clients through referrals and leads. Finally, they will lead a small team, guiding them through the same tasks.
As you grow into the role, you will become proficient in training your team members and eventually transition into the position of Agency Director, mastering the necessary skills using our established systems and processes. This position offers a weekly pay of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.
