    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field.

    The role involves mastering our client service process for our existing base of 2,000 clients, as well as expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team to effectively carry out these tasks.

    This position offers the opportunity to become an expert in training and development, paving the way for growth into the role of Agency Director by honing essential skills within our established systems and processes.

    This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base.
    • Identify new business opportunities within a B2B framework.
    • Oversee team activities and monitor results.
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on existing systems.
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.


    Effective supervisory and leadership abilities.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently.·Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.·Passion for assisting others and fostering strong relationships.·Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Desire to actively engage with the community.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
