    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing enthusiasm and purpose to our well-established organization. With a rich history of 120 years, we are industry pioneers.

    The core responsibilities of this role include servicing our current base of 2,000 business clients, fostering relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to carry out these initiatives.

    As you become proficient in training team members and mastering our systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).




    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage existing client relationships effectively.
    • Explore new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Train and mentor new team members on established processes.
    • Report daily field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.


    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
    • Perform well in fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environments.
    • Passion for aiding others and building connections.
    • Experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community involvement inclination.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation.
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression.
