Handle outbound and inbound sales requests to existing agents and their staff by telephone and e-mail. Provide sales support and case consultation to agents regarding potential sales opportunities. Maintain and update agent information in company database.Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid including help with licensing, contracting and new business assistance.
Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials sent to agents/staff. May assist with outbound calls to promote Brokers International's value proposition.Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or two to four years related experience and/or training; Must have one year of phone sales experience.
