    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    • Lead the delivery of the Onboarding Journey process
    • Make architectural recommendations for software deployment
    • Deliver best practices and consulting based on customer deployments
    • Resolve issues that occur during the Onboarding Journey
    • Identify key integration opportunities and present technical information to customers
    What is Required (Qualifications):

    • 5+ years of Technical Account Management, Customer Support, or handson Sales Engineering experience
    • Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, and container platforms
    • Expertise in open source and SaaS
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent presentation skills for advanced technical concepts
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

    • Experience working in a software development or IT environment
    • Familiarity with change management and technical engagement delivery
