    Position: Account Executive

    Location: Huntington Beach, CA

    Experience: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales position, including prospecting for new business required; Previous experience working in a service industry OR staffing industry is a plus

    Education: Bachelor's highly preferred; Working sales experience may be accepted for education preference

    Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

    Pay:Starting at $67,500 annual salary plus quarterly uncapped commissions

    HB Staffing is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team

    HB Staffing, an Array company, is the leading provider of high-performing, on-demand, labor solutions, which are delivered from our team of assessed and precisely trained Rays for innovative customers in California. Our customized workforce solutions are Powered by Array, which provides a tech-enabled platform that allows us to source, assess, train, and deploy labor against our customers' needs.

    Job Description:

    • Identify and assess potential clients through comprehensive research.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
    • Acquire new business by engaging with prospects and existing clients.
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of client information and sales leads.
    • Execute strategic prospecting activities, including cold calling and targeted email campaigns.
    • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to build lasting connections.
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
    • Take ownership of the client relationship, manage the entire sales cycle, and explore opportunities for partnership expansion.
    • Conduct client interviews and QBRs, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.

    Position Requirements:

    • Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels.
    • Proven ability to build relationships, manage multiple tasks, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written.
    • Exceptional follow-through skills and effective time management.
    • Proficient in phone sales with a sense of urgency.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
    • Openness to receiving constructive feedback as a valuable learning opportunity.
