Description

We are seeking a versatile, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our client services team.

If you're a buttoned up problem solver who loves to be involved in the creative process, this could be one for you.

You'll be working on a portfolio of clients including a major sports brand with top tier athletes, creating work that will be seen around the world, so interest and passion for sports of any kind is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Run small and midsized projects in all media channels with oversight from Account Director, executing flawlessly
Execute campaigns flawlessly by managing and cataloging final assets, clearance and trafficking of final deliverables
Develop setup slides ahead of a creative presentation to clearly outline objectives and reference information to help sell in work
Coordinate with client and agency Finance to oversee monthly billing needs, manage and reconcile budgets, resolve or escalate issues, and evaluate all estimates and invoices for accuracy
Acts as an expert on the client's business and their competitive landscape by reading trade publications, leading quarterly competitive reports and develops biweekly newsletters
Partner and friend to the daytoday clients
Communicate across all departments, including project management to keep information flowing
Stay relentlessly curious and passionate about our client's business (sports) and industry and share that knowledge with the rest of your team

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in advertising and/or marketing
Involvement in some level of production (ie. broadcast/digital/social/media production or similar)
Tech savvy, with a working knowledge of Google Workplace (Drive, Sheets, Slides etc.)
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to identify potential problems and escalate accordingly
Quick learner, ability to work with a high level of independence
Quick on your feet and comfortable speaking with confidence in a variety of settings
Energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to jump into assignments
