As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in educating our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.
This is an on-site role and required to work in our office Monday-Friday. Our office is located in West Los Angeles
Responsibilities:
- Handle a
highvolume of daily inbound/outbound calls to our optin leads
(150+): - Stay up-to-date with
market trends, financial, and political news/events: - Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure transactions are handled with a high level of customer service
- Customer account management/organization/tracking
- Partner with inhouse processing team to ensure requests are handled in a timely manner
- Data entry using Salesforce & Microsoft Word/Excel
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Inside Sales environment
- Comfortable making a
high volume of phone calls on a daily basis: - Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, Adobe PDF and Excel
- Professional and confident phone presence while interacting with customers
- Professional demeanor while working with colleagues in an office environment
- Hunger for success and unmatched work ethic

- Personable, serviceoriented, and respectful at all times

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time
- Constantly operates a telephone, computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Must be able to effectively communicate with coworkers, customers and other thirdparties
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00pm PST.
