    The cloud industry continues to grow rapidly, and the NVIDIA cloud sales team is searching for a Global Head of Business Development to lead the expansion of NVIDIA's solutions. In this key role, the Global Head of Business Development will develop a sales strategy in collaboration with CSP. We need an energetic leader with expertise in the field and determination to increase market share with NVIDIA's innovative cloud solutions; success will be measured by direct revenue growth with CSP.
    As the Global Head of Business Development, you will work with customers and partners to implement NVIDIA solutions across different sectors. Collaborating with senior business development, product, and sales teams to build a sales pipeline for cloud revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead in AI, shaping a go-to-market strategy with CSP and supporting teams to expand NVIDIA's cloud business.     What you'll be doing:
      Collaborate with CSP sales organization to boost revenue from NVIDIA solutions in the cloud
      Work closely with CSP sales to establish a beneficial GTM plan for the partnership
      Qualify leads generated by joint market development activities, in coordination with CSP sales, to drive field-based engagements
      Identify trends with cross-functional teams to contribute to partner program strategy optimization
      Define success metrics with CSPs and measure joint priorities
      Develop a cloud cadence between NVIDIA and CSP Ecosystem
      Ensure alignment between industry business development teams to address challenges with NVIDIA solutions for strategic accounts
      Collaborate with marketing teams for event planning and customer use case collateral development to drive demand and support industry events
      Establish strong relationships with NVIDIA's partner network to promote services involving NVIDIA solutions on CSP
      Identify areas for business enhancement and incorporate feedback from CSP to drive best practices across the CSP ecosystem and GTM sales strategy
      Work closely with NVIDIA Cloud teams, product, and marketing to implement a global governance model across CSPs
      Support the evolution of the ISV relationship with CSPs and help create a pipeline
      Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
    What we need to see:
      Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      15+ years of experience selling technical solutions to senior executives at named accounts
      Over 5 years of team leadership experience
      Demonstrated success in closing significant deals and fostering partner alliances
      Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
      Extensive network and knowledge of cloud sales trends
      Experience collaborating with ISVs and System Integrators for solution adoption
    Ways to stand out from the crowd:
      Master's degree is a plus
      Prior experience in CSP sales organization
      In-depth understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI trends
      Domain expertise in CSP, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI, and their sales organization
      Strong interest in new technologies and ability to convey their value to business executives

    The cash compensation range for this position is $272,000 - $488,750, with 85% provided as salary and 15% as variable compensation. The final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and industry standards.
