Business Development (Emerging Markets) Specialist
As our Business Development (Emerging Markets) Specialist, your major responsibilities will include:
- Drive membership, deposit and loan growth through active business development activities and achieve assigned growth goals.
- Co-Lead the Credit Union's efforts to establish a strong presence and increase awareness in designated communities.
- Build relationships with community leaders, employers and city officials in designated emerging markets that align with the Credit Union's expansion strategy.
- Identify and assess business development opportunities in the south Santa Clara County and beyond.
- Build relationships with key business leaders by attending chambers of commerce events and conducting outreach to businesses operating in these communities. Utilizing various channels, including networking events, conferences, and digital platforms, prospect and engage target businesses.
- Lead, participate, organize, drive, and execute business development events to increase awareness of the organization's brand and sharing the benefits of being a CommonWealth member.
- Assist in identifying additional emerging markets for future expansion opportunities.
Pay Range:
$67, ,000; based on skills and experience.
