ResponsibilitiesDetail:
- Deeply understand the SCS's product, market insight, and target customers.
- Actively identifying the potential customers, approach and take necessary actions to win the deals such as:
- Conducting meetings with customers to present the company, service and product.
- Developing a sales kit and materials based on the product and existing technical solutions.
- Cooperating with the technical team to conduct a feasibility study or proof of concept/pilot project with clients (presentations, demos and POC).
- Attending conferences, events, associations to approach potential customers and develop brand identity.
- Creating and executing plans to generate leads, convert leads to opportunities, deals, and close the deals.
- Analyze competitor's products and suggest product owner how to make SCS's products better
- Submitting feasible and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas. Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives (digital marketing, affiliate marketing, events, tradeshow, etc.,)
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Attracting new customers, finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the team members and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Performing general tasks assigned by BOD.
- Have at least 57 years' experience in the Tech sector, SaaS related Sales Skills, preferably a strong understanding of the IT product business models with the global market, especially the US market.
- Have at least 2 years' experience in managing, recruiting, building and training team members.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Experience in Sales by working with "C" level/Sr Executive level contacts in these accounts, engaging with them focused on account mining and relationship building.
- Experience in creating large proactive deals, creating strategy, planning and roadmaps. Proven track record in consulting, advising and solution selling.
- Excellent customer interface skills outstanding communication & ability to deliver presentations, and drive meetings. Develop longterm valued relationships with the client. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Openminded, listening, proactive, dedicated and handling uncertainty.
- Resultoriented, strong commitment, costefficient mindset and entrepreneurship.
- Handling indepth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions. This will require a high level of knowledge of the software industry and technology trends.
- Strong experience in new business development activities through leading direct sales, in the US and Globally.
- Strong network and contacts in the logistics and IT industry.
- Develop overview materials to support initial meetings/conversations.
