    Position Title:

    External Description:
    • Delivers sales goals using appropriate resources available, balancing volume and profit goals and managing a dynamic environment to achieve results.
    • Develops and delivers ambitious, articulate, consultative, fact-based selling proposals and presentations leveraging key insights with poise and confidence.
    • Interfaces across functions at the customer to develop mutually beneficial programs and actionable solutions.
    • Develops joint scorecards with strategic business partners to measure plan success.
    • Incorporates financial resources (trade & shopper marketing) into the planning process to drive market share.
    • Develops action plans which define strategic and tactical initiatives for the customer in accordance with customer segmentation and aligned with Lamb Weston strategic direction.
    • Maximizes the ROI to Lamb Weston on new product and brand introductions.
    • Anticipates and addresses execution issues/objections before they become a problem.
    • Leads cross-functional collaboration internally and externally.
    • Continually monitors and evaluates customer/marketplace insights to anticipate opportunities.
