    Clerical / Administrative / Data Entry
    Customer Support - Order Entry Specialist in Manufacturing
    Up to $24.00 per hour plus full benefits
    With $1,000 Sign On Bonus and additional Performance Bonuses
    As Order Entry Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:
    Learning to enter and process orders in the ERP system
    Checking purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
    Learning to create new work orders and administer adjustments to existing work orders
    Performing additional document review and document control functions
    Updating to lists, spreadsheets and file systems
    Communicating with customers phone and email as necessary
    Handling special projects and other duties as assigned

    An ideal candidate profile will include:
    At least 3 years of Data Entry and/or Order Entry experience
    Related experience from a manufacturer or distributor of products

    With:
    Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
    Accurate Data Entry skills
    A High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Pluses:

    • Fluency in Spanish
    • QuickBooks experience
