    Clerical / Administrative / Data Entry

    Customer Support - Order Entry Specialist in Manufacturing

    Up to $24.00 per hour plus full benefits

    With $1,000 Sign On Bonus and additional Performance Bonuses

    As Order Entry Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Learning to enter and process orders in the ERP system
    • Checking purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
    • Learning to create new work orders and administer adjustments to existing work orders
    • Performing additional document review and document control functions
    • Updating to lists, spreadsheets and file systems
    • Communicating with customers phone and email as necessary
    • Handling special projects and other duties as assigned

    An ideal candidate profile will include:

    • At least 3 years of Data Entry and/or Order Entry experience
    • Related experience from a manufacturer or distributor of products

    With:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Accurate Data Entry skills
    • A High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Pluses:

    • +++ Fluency in Spanish
    • +++ QuickBooks experience
