I am an Industrial and Systems Engineer by Training and using my MBA and work experience to talk to people at all levels to facilitate companies in redesigning their systems to become robust, scalable, and sustainable. In my viewpoint, a positive tone within the company that promotes strong internal and external customer communication is an essential factor in the sustainability of a system.
I specialize in making results-driven operational improvements to various departments. Previously I have worked as a Systems and Manufacturing Engineer at Triton Metal Products in Hamilton, IN, and as a lean/system design consultant at the Center of Excellence in Systems Engineering, PFW in Fort Wayne, IN.
