- Directs and oversees the tasks of clerical employees within Isei Staffing.
- Provides mentoring and assistance in training new clerical hires to align with Isei Staffing's standards and processes.
- Manages phone communications, effectively screening and redirecting calls as needed.
- Warmly greets assists, and provides direction to visitors and clients, reflecting Isei Staffing's values.
- Oversees and maintains Isei Staffing-specific filing systems, ensuring prompt access to essential records.
- Retrieves and provides data as requested, sourced from records, emails, minutes, or other related documents. Prepares comprehensive written summaries when necessary.
- Address and resolve administrative queries, adding a layer of efficiency and quality in internal communications.
- Orchestrates and schedules critical activities such as travel, meetings, and appointments for the Isei Staffing management team.
- Methodically prepares agendas and schedules for Isei Staffing meetings.
- Diligently records and circulates minutes or other vital records post meetings.
- Monitors office supplies, ensuring stock availability and arranging maintenance for office equipment.
- Maintains a transparent system for recording expenses, alongside managing petty cash distributions.
- Contributes to other related tasks, as assigned by Isei Staffing management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, mirroring Isei Staffing's commitment to clear and effective communication.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills paired with a flair for customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Robust organizational skills, complemented by keen attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of clerical processes, such as recordkeeping and filing, tailored to the healthcare staffing industry.
- Self-driven, with the capability to function independently, reflecting Isei Staffing's values of autonomy and accountability.
- Associate degree is a must; preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least One to Three years of experience in an administrative capacity, with a bonus for experience in the healthcare or staffing sectors.
- Extended periods seated at a desk, frequently engaging with a computer.
- Capable of lifting items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally.
