    Position Summary:

    The Partner Development Manager at Truckstop is a critical role responsible for developing and executing the partner enablement and partner marketing strategy. This role is a dynamic combination of partner relationship management, enablement programs, and marketing responsibilities. The Partner Development Manager must have a deep understanding of partner and customer segments in logistics to effectively enable our partner ecosystem, identify partner opportunities and customer needs. This role is responsible for the partner lifecycle, activating new partners and continuously enabling the partner community to drive success. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to create joint messaging and co-marketing to drive awareness and business to Truckstop. The Partner Development Manager should be a dynamic, data-driven, sales focused marketer who has a solid understanding of partner eco-systems, channels, and enablement inclusive of direct and indirect partner opportunities.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the partner community.
    • Identify strategic partnerships based on impact to key business goals and target.
    • Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and align strategies.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
    • Develop and implement partner enablement programs to educate and enhance the capabilities of partners.
    • Provide training, resources, and support to partners to ensure successful partner program adoption.
    • Develop and deliver continuous education to partners on Truckstop's products, features, and capabilities – both new and existing – to drive increased referrals.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote strategic partnerships and drive joint business goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing materials that support business initiatives and goals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for partnership marketing.
    • Create compelling content to support partner enablement and marketing activities.
    • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and other materials showcasing successful and strategic partnerships.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partner-related communications.
    • Plan and coordinate partner events, both virtual and in-person (when available), to promote partnerships.
    • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build and strengthen partner relationships.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner enablement and marketing efforts.
    • Provide regular reports on the performance of partnerships and marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with sales, product management, and other teams to align partner strategies with overall business goals.
    • Serve as GTM lead when new API products and/ or features launch. For other product/feature launches, contribute to go-to-market plans when appropriate.
    • Act as a liaison between internal teams and partner organizations to facilitate smooth collaboration.
    • Optimize strategic partnership opportunities to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
    Position Requirements:
    • Relevant bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience, Master's Degree a plus.
    • 5+ years in partner, channel, product, or general marketing role with a dynamic, fast-paced company; preference given to partner and alliances experience.
    • Proven industry experience including a network of industry partnerships preferred and understanding of the transportation and Truckstop partner ecosystem.
    • Experience setting up, managing and promoting partners via a partner relationship platform such as Partner Stack.
    • Proven leadership of marketing initiatives through customer lifecycle.
    • Proven ability to create sales tools and sales enablement programs that increase win rates and accelerate sales cycles.
    • Experience creating annual forecasts, driving strategies to achieve while driving market share.
    • Skilled at creating concise, visually appealing presentations for internal/external audiences.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams and understanding of CRM tools such Salesforce.

    At Truckstop we are dedicated to creating a workplace that is equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$90,000—$105,000 USD

    The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
