I'm a communications executive with 15+ years of experience in internal and executive communications, public relations and media relations. Leveraging my creative, forward-looking and hands-on approach is my sweet spot. I deliver my greatest work when I'm encouraged to go, do, create, build, learn, improve and collaborate. And collaborate, I do. Relationship- and consensus-building is one of my superpowers because I thrive on understanding and anticipating differing perspectives. Doing so is the only way I can deliver thoughtful high-quality communications that inspire and connect employees to what matters most to them. 

I have 15+ years proven experience in strategic internal communications that includes hands-on message/content development at the enterprise and leadership levels, channel innovation and governance, and change management to advance a culture of excellence by leveraging technology with an innovation mindset.

I have developed content and enriched channel strategy for platforms and mediums such as the intranet (SharePoint), Teams, Yammer, email, digital signage, live events, town halls/all hands, speeches/presentations, video/live broadcasts, print collateral. 

While my focus has been internal communications for the past 10 years, my background includes corporate communications, public and media relations, marketing and brand as well. My experience across a range of inter-related marketing/communications disciplines over my career allows me to collaborate and partner well across cross-functional areas.
