    We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive growth strategies and initiatives that optimize user acquisition and retention. Collaborate with diverse teams to innovate, enhance product offerings, and expand our reach to save more lives.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance the patient experience
    • Optimize platforms for B2B and B2C sales
    • Simplify processes to improve patient retention
    • Analyze market trends and user feedback
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
    • Design and execute growth strategies
    • Monitor key metrics and provide recommendations
    • Stay updated on industry trends

    Requirements

    • 5+ years experience in product management or similar role
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Experience in developing and executing growth strategies
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Knowledge of CRM systems
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Base salary: $140,250-$205,700 (local currency) depending on experience

    Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Remote position)
