Key Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage a team of 68 Account Executives.
  • Ramp and onboard new hires in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
  • Own and develop a vertical and associated product line analyze past historical data and implement a strategy to drive increased sales in the product line.
  • Collaborate crossdepartmentally: Marketing, Product, Professional Services, VARs, ISVs.
  • Assist your team in negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close sales in partnership with the customer success account manager.
  • Responsible for forecasting all opportunities based on Sage Intacct sales model and opportunity management definitions.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding departmental goals for sales quota.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of quotacarrying software sales and account management experience.
  • 1+ years of management or team lead experience.
  • Track record of overachieving quota (top 1020% of company).
  • Experience managing and closing highvolume sales cycles.
  • Preferred experience selling ERP business software solutions to Clevel executives.
  • Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills.
