Key Responsibilities
- Hire and manage a team of 68 Account Executives.
- Ramp and onboard new hires in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
- Own and develop a vertical and associated product line analyze past historical data and implement a strategy to drive increased sales in the product line.
- Collaborate crossdepartmentally: Marketing, Product, Professional Services, VARs, ISVs.
- Assist your team in negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close sales in partnership with the customer success account manager.
- Responsible for forecasting all opportunities based on Sage Intacct sales model and opportunity management definitions.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding departmental goals for sales quota.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of quotacarrying software sales and account management experience.
- 1+ years of management or team lead experience.
- Track record of overachieving quota (top 1020% of company).
- Experience managing and closing highvolume sales cycles.
- Preferred experience selling ERP business software solutions to Clevel executives.
- Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills.
